Jessica Osullivan’s passion for small business accounting began while growing up in a family of entrepreneurs. She started learning basic accounting as a teenager at her family’s small business. Quickly, she discovered a natural talent for it! Jessica graduated college with Phi Theta Kappa Honors, laying the foundation for her roles at Sony, IBM, and Marcum LLP where she was the team lead Accountant for the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug account. Jessica also worked at Mugford & Co CPA where she was sponsored for her IRS Tax Licensing, which she received in 2016. It was there that she learned of Bob Mugford’s ties to Vero Beach FL; ultimately establishing her own firm there in 2024. Jessica has over 20 years of on the job Accounting experience and is celebrating 10 years of being licensed through the IRS in 2026!
